Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@LaMens.co.
LaMens will accept exchanges for items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the exchange is initiated within 21 days of the order ship date. Please note, exchanges are exclusive of shipping cost. Items exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order will be charged for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned with any LaMens tags (if applicable) still attached and must be in their original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at Support@LaMens.co and we will respond to your as soon as possible.
- Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 5 business days.
