  • How do I place an order?
  • To place an order, click on the product you wish to purchase. A tab will appear, and to the right will be a box that states "add to cart." Click the "add to cart" button, and this will automatically add the selected product to your online shopping cart. To see the products in your cart, click the rightmost tab at the top of the webpage entitled "Cart." This page will show you the products currently in your cart. When you have completed your order, simply click the "Checkout" button on the lower right corner and the site will take you through a step-by-step process to complete the order. If there are any questions or comlpications while making an order please contact LaMens directly by clicking on "contact" and filling in the necessary information on the page. A LaMens representative will contact you within 24 hours to answer your questions or verify your purchase.
  • Payment Options and Shippings?
  • For all orders, payments can be made by paypal, credit or debit card. All shipping will be a flate rate of $5.99, with the exception of FREE shipping upon spending $55. Estimated shipping time will vary depending on the individual item that is ordered. All pieces are handmade and most are made to order, therefore some pieces will take longer to make and ship than others. Although no item should take longer then 10-14 days to ship. An exact time frame will be emailed to you when a LaMens representative contacts you within 24 hours to verify your purchase.
  • Secure Ordering
  • Ordering through the LaMens Jewelry website is completely secure as all payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal, as well as LaMens Jewelry, ensures the security and safe handling of any personal information given during the processing of an online order.
  • Exchange of Products
  • Exchanges can be made within 10 calendar days of the date package is recieved; items must not be damaged or altered in anyway. Any damaged or broken products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase; most or all of the damaged product must be returned to LaMens Jewelry. All earring purchases are final, and are not returnable or exchangeable. All exchanges will be made at LaMens' discretion. LaMens will not accept returns for any product, exchange only or store credit only
  • Product care
  • No product should have contact with water, perfume, oils, or any chemical agents to prevent alterations of appearance or quality of any item. Storing products in the bathroom is not recommended due to atmospheric changes caused by moisture and heat from the shower.
